Dina Phillips, of Selden, was promoted to assistant office manager of the accounting department.

She worked in accounts receivable at Ramp for the past three years.

Dawn Sclafani, of Port Jefferson Station, was promoted to client manager.

EPA, acting on a tip from a former employee, investigated the handling of ozone-depleting refrigerants at the company’s body shop and service facility. The investigation resulted in the issuance of an Administrative Penalty Order. The parties were unable to reach a settlement, therefore EPA filed and was granted a motion for accelerated decision on liability and penalty.
