    Array

The new Chevrolet Aveo is being released in three models, including Special Value, LS and LT. Each version features OnStar, which is a subscription service that is widely promoted as a safety mechanism for passengers. Stolen vehicle location assistance and remote door unlock are among the many conveniences provided by OnStar. While all three models feature this component, they are quite different in their own right. The 4-door model, which features a conventional car design, and 5-door model, which gives the appearance of a sleek station wagon, both start at $9,890. In addition to the standard 3-year/36,000-mile new vehicle limited warranty, the Chevy Aveo models feature a 5-year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty.

    Chevrolet Aveo Special Value

Chevrolet Avalanche, Showing Versatility and Functionality

The Chevrolet Avalanche is yet another astounding vehicle. It is versatile and innovative as a vehicle and also very function. This vehicle has been made available in the 1500 and the 2500 configurations. Each of these come with either a two wheel drive or a four wheel drive. Also made available for this vehicle are various trim levels which give interested parties the chance to purchase a Chevrolet Avalanche depending on their needs and preferences.

For this year, the Chevrolet Avalanche comes into the automobile scene bearing quite a few changes. It now holds a new design. The optional mirrors that were camper styled heated mirrors were deleted from the list. And in its place new folding and extending heated mirrors have been added. The rearview mirrors now hold a standard compass built into it. Now made standard for the Chevrolet Avalanche is the stability control system as well as a tire pressure monitoring system.

The Chevrolet Avalanche was actually introduced to the automotive market back in 2002. And after that, the rest could be considered history for it had become a popular vehicle. One of the reasons behind that is that the Chevrolet Avalanche has a very versatile set up. It is very multipurpose because of the Midgate system that this vehicle holds. This system allows the partition between the cab and the truck bed to be removed completely. By doing such, the floor space for load and cargo is extended. There is a removable protective cover found in the cargo bed and this assists and protects the cargo from the elements. There also are storage boxes that have been built into the sides of the bed. These offer additional cargo room.

SAAB expands: can an SUV built in moraine, Ohio, USA, be a bona-fide SAAB? Well, the division of general motors is finding out as it expands the brand with an SUV that has its roots in a platform engineered for Chevrolet and other domestic nameplates but set upon by Swedish engineers and designers

Here’s something you don’t often hear regarding a well-known* auto brand: with the addition of the 9-7X, Saab has expanded its entire lineup to four vehicles (9-2X, 9-3, 9-5 are the others). Arguably, one of the reasons why there has been a limited number of vehicles coming from Saab is based on a Catch-22 situation: volume is needed to make enough money to engineer new products; new products are needed to achieve the volumes necessary to make the money that can be used to engineer them. So in the case of the 9-7X, it is building on the work originally performed for the Chevy (TrailBlazer), GMC (Envoy) and Olds (Bravada; subsequently reformed into the Buick Rainier) midsize SUVs. There were a couple of key considerations behind this move:

1959 Chevrolet - Wings, Glass And Chrome!

When the initial flurry of Oh’s and Ah’s over the new 1959 Chevrolets subsided to comparing chrome, interior fabrics, paint colors and other easily distinguished styling changes it was easy to see that for 1959, Chevrolet was “New All Over Again”. Chevrolet stylists went whole hog in 1959, presenting a completely new lower, longer and roomier body to go with improvements in chassis, suspension and engines.

The 2009 Camaro An Automotive Revolution

As far as I can see the new 2009 Camaro concept car is being very well received in the automotive community, at the first a lot of people hemmed and hawed about one thing or another, just the same as I did, But after spending some time doing a little research on it, I discovered that the 2009 Camaro is a very well put together car for a concept car.

A the first I thought that it could use a few upgrades, but after thinking about it, there were a lot of Camaro fans putting in their two cents when Chevrolet took the Camaro out of production, in 2002, and I thought that Chevrolet had made a horrible mistake at the time.

The result of a lot of people telling Chevrolet what they thought the new Camaro should be, has made it a real work of art, and I for one will give Chevrolet their kudos, they have put a lot of effort in to making the Camaro a car that most people could like, and if they didn’t at the first, then they’d get used to it.
