Stronghold Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SGHT), the developer of DealerAdvance(TM), an enterprise software system using wireless technologies for the automotive retail industry, today announced that its customer Tropical Chevrolet increased sales by 129% in five months using DealerAdvance Sales Solution(TM). The sales volume soared from May 2003 through October 2003, while new sales prospects, known as “ups” in the industry, during the same period increased by only 26%.

The improved performance for Tropical Chevrolet commenced after Stronghold’s on-site client consultant assisted the dealership in hiring and training an in-house business development manager as the resident expert in DealerAdvance(TM). A rare feature among software providers for automotive dealerships, each Stronghold customer is provided with an on-site client consultant. With the leadership of Stronghold’s client consultant, Tropical Chevrolet focused on improving performance through the successful incorporation of DealerAdvance(TM) as part of the daily routine for dealership personnel. The dealer’s business development manager took charge of coordinating the follow-up process using DealerAdvance(TM).
